Verifying your account is essential if you're serious about participating in domain auctions. Account verification will allow you to participate in any number of auctions with no limits to the amounts you can bid.

To verify your account, follow these steps:

• Download and complete the Verified Bidder application.
• Gather a government-issued COLOR photo ID, i.e., a driver's license or passport, that matches the name on the credit card associated with your account.
• Submit your completed Verified Bidder application and a copy of your government-issued COLOR photo ID to the Customer Support team via a support ticket.

Please allow up to two business days for your application to be reviewed. Please note that during this process, we collect personal, verifiable information, including name, address, phone number, email address, and driver’s license and passport, to verify your identity and to further minimize fraudulent or otherwise harmful activity on the NameJet platform.
